The courts have ruled that constitutional rights belong to everyone in this country, not just citizens.

This is correct. The Constitution clearly limits the federal government from violating ANYONE'S rights - not only citizens' rights.

It is sad that an immigrant knows the government better than an average leftist.

It is a sad commentary that I am not even a citizen and I understand your government better than you do.

Let’s suppose those revelers on a jam packed train obviously either going to or returning from Mexico’s September 16 Independence Day celebrations were actually all the prisoners freed from the jails.

They’d spend a couple of days traveling 750 miles.

The border authorities would not let that train pass.
