Because if the government shuts down, israel might not get its money for their citizens to have socialized medicine on my dime, and your hero zelensky - who just keeps winning and winning and winning - might not get his billions to kick back to the biden crime family that you have supported up until now. 
 

There's a pecking order of priorities.   Our government needs to be forced to pay its debts with the money it receives without raising taxes and without going into debt.  Then, it needs to pay off the National Debt.  Then, if there is money left over, and if its in the U.S.'s best interest fund these other endeavors. 

To do this, I propose that 50% of all government be eliminated immediately. That means cutting 50% head-count.  The remaining 50% need to be scrutinized to determine where at least another 25% can be eliminated.

Chess board has 64 squares in a square space. there are 32 spaces for each of two colors. There are 32 total pieces 16 for each side two persons playing simultaneously spontaneously one on each side.

there are 16 pawns 8 on each side. there are 4 rooks, knights, bishops one on each side's king and queen pieces. there are two queens that can move in any direction any angle except over another piece or zigzag like a knight does. A king can only move one space at a time.

What does this game teach players seeking to win by defeating the other into submission of ideas? Linear projection isolating one spontaneously existing piece from another simultaneously there. Train brains to think outside self contained to eternally separated now. Bet you never learned that from anyone but me here.

I'm all for our nation's businesses having interests in other nations.  But, we do need to set this up better.  There must be a mechanism where businesses are forced to take on the risk of partnering up with other nations, not our government.  It should not be up to the US to bail out companies who can't protect their investments and oil wells built in other nations.

Gosh, I wish we could identify some department of OUR government that is funded at several orders of magnitude greater than the OTHER governments on this planet...

Military wastes half the money we give them.
Social Security wastes at least 20% of the money we give them.
Medicare wastes more than half the money we give them.
As for other agencies - 90% could go away tomorrow and few people would even know it.

We can make deep cuts into this nation's budget.  And, I mean really deep cuts. Cuts that would allow us to eliminate capital gains taxes and reduce all income tax down to 13%.  Or, go to a consumption tax and eliminate the income tax.

Do I support Ukraine's fight against Russia - Absolutely.  Does this mean I want our government throwing money at the Ukraine war?  No. Private charities should be encouraged to do what they can for Ukraine. Europe needs to step up and realize what's happening on its eastern front.  Or not - its really their problem.  Israel is capable of fighting its own battles - we do not need to fund Israel.

We have a budget crisis at home, and this must be addressed first and foremost.
