So, you think it's OK for someone in the military to ignore the policy of the Commander-in-Chief and substitute his own policies that are in direct contrast with the stated government policy?  Tell me then, genius.  How is it NOT giving aid and comfort to the enemy to take it upon yourself to secretly call the leaders of another country and tell them that your country had no plans to attack them AND IF THEY DID, THAT HE (Milley) WOULD NOTIFY THEM IN ADVANCE?

Was that the way it worked when YOU were in the military as you claim?
Because you sure as **** don't have a clue about who it is that has the power in the US to make foreign policy!
And you should have learned THAT on your first day in boot camp!

funny that you talk about things that people learn on the first day of boot camp which only highlights the obvious fact that you never went to boot camp.

Milley talked to the Chinese military leaders in the wake of J6 when Trump was a lame duck with only two weeks left in office.  If he had attempted to take any preemptive military action against China in those last two weeks, it would have been taken by someone who was clearly a domestic enemy of the Constitution, and THAT is the first and foremost loyalty that any officer in the military has... not to the president.  As a matter of fact, the oath of office for commissioned officers does not even MENTION the president... only the Constitution.

China isn't.

North Korea was our enemy as were the Vietnamese.  They are not now.

Al Qaeda is not a nation state so it does not fit into such a definition

And this is the place where Republican poll watchers were kicked out, and not allowed back in because the building was "too full". 
But they were able to sneak back in, with a group of UAW people coming in to "help" with some undetermined tasks.
