Clearly, you did not read #18 in the OP.  That case was decided on the merits of the case and, nowhere in their filing, did Trump’s lawyers even allege any fraud.

Settled by both parties… on the merits of the case.  No fraud even alleged by team Trump and only 69 ballots that were unsealed…. and the instructions did not even require that they should be sealed.  Five binders of “evidence” and all Rudy gets is 69 unsealed ballots and NO allegation of fraud???
