Jill Biden is all about her self-interest, you nailed that correctly.  Jill ditched her first husband to be with Joe Biden. Her husband explained it and she never denied it.

Jill was quite beautiful to look at in her day, and she knew it.  She wanted power and that's what she went after, when she targeted Joe Biden.
