Supreme Court declines to consider longshot bid to disqualify Trump from running for president

The Supreme Court said Monday that it will not take up a longshot challenge to Donald Trump’s eligibility to run for president because of his alleged role in the January 6, 2021, attack on the US Capitol.

The case was brought by John Anthony Castro, a little-known candidate for the Republican presidential nomination, who sued Trump earlier this year in an effort to disqualify him from running for president and holding the office “given his alleged provision of aid or comfort to the convicted criminals and insurrectionist that violently attacked our United States Capitol on January 6, 2021.”

The case was denied without any comment or recorded vote.

LOL.  I'm sure they do.  Why?  Because they know that Joe Biden doesn't stand a chance defeating him in an honest election.

The coordinated effort to keep Trump out of the WH in 2025 is not a Pub or Lib "plan"... it's an establishment plan.

why not?

He did the last time and Trump didn't have 91 criminal indictments hanging over his head then.

There were some level-headed Republicans and independents, way back in 2016, who thought, "Hey...maybe it is time to let some new, non-politician try to shake things up and move us forward after eight years of political trench warfare during the Obama years."

A lot of those voters realized the error of their thinking in 2020 and voted for Biden... and their vote was never really FOR Biden as it was AGAINST Trump.

January 6th and 91 indictments are not bringing them back.

Why?
  • Bidenomics - Even Democrats can't stand hearing that depressing, horrible term any longer.  The Economy sucks and everyone knows it.
  • The open border immigration storm of criminals into our country and Biden doesn't do a damn thing about it.
  • Extortion - Yep, Joe Biden is guilty
  • Taking Bribes - Yep, Joe Biden took bribes.
  • Bumbling, fumbling, falling, forgetting joke of a "world leader" - Biden: "Make Our Country Weakest Ever"....MOCWE
  • Can't get through a speech without forgetting where he is, who he's speaking to and making any sense at all.
  • Easter Bunny has to tell the old fool what to do and what to say
  •  Highest inflation ever - more Bidenomics
  • No houses for anyone to buy - Bidenomics
  • Food costs way too much money - Bidenomics
  • **** 1.5 Liter cars now cost over $30K
  • Gas prices - F-ing Bidenomics
  • Wasted money on political hits on Republicans and Conservatives
  • Out of control no-budget spending - more stupid Bidenomics
  • **** Jill Biden while she was still married to someone else.
  • Threatened Jill Biden's husband with IRS persecution, and he followed through with this.
  • Created Hunter **** super-doper F-up kid.
  • Ruined life of man who ran his truck into Biden's 1st wife by calling him a drunk, which was completely false.  She ran a red light/stopsign.
  • Molested his own daughter
  • Fondled and molested little kids

Four years ago, the media sold America that Joe was a gentle, grandfatherly figure who would shepherd us back to normalcy. Instead, we got a war pig, partisan who censors his political opponents, demented with the inability to speak or walk...won't enforce the border...bungled the response in Hawaii...

...and then there's the bribery allegations.

Perhaps he CAN get 83 million votes but it's doubtful he's going to be on the ballot.

Or so you hope.  Even if they don't, it doesn't mean everyone who voted Biden (as you say, against Trump) will bother to vote next year.  Don't assume the majority of Biden votes are still there.

Seriously.  You honestly think that an independent voter who took a chance on a charismatic businessman in 2016, but then was turned away by how they viewed that businessman's actual performance in office and voted for Biden in 2020, is somehow going to forget about January 6th and 91 criminal indictments because Joe Biden supposedly **** his wife while she was married to her first husband 47 years ago?

Any voter who took the time in 2020 to vote AGAINST Trump because of his piss-poor performance in office will ABSOLUTELY take the time to repeat that vote in 2024 after what they witnessed on January 6th and after the ninety-one criminal indictments.... and, who knows how many CONVICTIONS by election day.

Well...you've got yourself convinced, that's a start.  I never said they would vote for Trump, just not sure they will vote for Biden after seeing him stumble and bumble his way through four years.  Hell, even the majority of demonrats don't want him for a second term. And that is BEFORE they start thinking about the economic mess he has created.   Most people vote with their wallets.
