Just like Crimea in 2014.

According to the UN charter regarding peoples acts of self determination. Image

They way the West has fueled the war with German tanks
and cruise missiles hitting Crimea....I dont know now.

They had a peace agreement in April 2022 in Turkey, but
Zelly walked away after Boris the Clown showed up.

Its possible now that Russia will fight until a there is a
full surrender, but Russia is no interest in governing W. Ukraine
and have to deal with Lvov trannies.

I am all for no weapons to ukraine but a peace treaty should be in place. perhaps lifting sanctions would help even some sanctions that were in place in crimea before the war.

Yes, lifting sanctions could sweeten the pot for Russia.
The problem is that WASH DC lies and breaks promises/treaties
like rabbits **** - fast and often.

Wash DC is soulless and Russia knows this.
Just look at Minsk 1 and 2.  Merkle and Macron boldly admitted
they had no intent to follow them.  They were simply buying
time to arm Ukraine.

Why would Putin trust any of these degenerates?

I heard somewhere that with all the atoms of the universe you may actually have an atom that was part of Julius Caesar's when he was alive. Something to think about.
