I defend my time evolving one of a kind mutually evolving same as 8 billion others are here now, from both physical attacks and psychological ones as well. Be it done by an individual or group think mentality demanding everyone believe humans have rights to deny their own time limited to adapting as displaced here now.

I defend liberty to understand why this species is so self destructive since dawn of civilization. The same right we've used every other time a US president has placed sanctions on a country deemed to have taken illegal actions starting in 1941 when FDR froze the assets of Japan and China using Executive Order 8832.  And the same authority we took to freeze the assets of Russia, Iran, Iraq, Cuba, No. Korea, Zimbabwe, Syria, Venezuela, and others over the last 80 years.

The presidential Executive Order has been sufficient to use sanctions like that many times in the past, often as part of world sanctions imposed by the World Trade Organization or the UN.  If case if brought by a defendant against our doing so, they can go to the World Court to argue their case and possibly get that order overturned.  Countries have imposed similar sanctions on countries who have committed war crimes, engaged in the illegal drug trade, a poor record of human rights, election rigging, or in a state sponsor of terrorism as Iran has been classified.  Besides, we've had no diplomatic relations with Iran since Reagan.
This Iranian money was placed in US-owned banks. 

So don't act like this is something that's unheard of in modern times.
If a country doesn't want to risk this kind of action being taken against them, they're free to choose not to deal with US banks.
