Why should Israel allow Palestinian terrorists to "flee Gaza"?  I want to know why weak Israel hasn't exterminated every last Palestinian living in the Gaza Strip by now.  Well, maybe they're still working on it. Image

How many Israeli men, women and babies has hamas murdered? Their attack on Israeli and American citizens was unprovoked!!!

It is revealing how hamas can attack and kill innocent men, women and children and then people condemn Israel when it justifiably retaliates.

I would support Israel annihilating the terrorist animals that are hamas and hezbolllah and wiping them off the face of the earth.

A question for you or anyone familiar with the state of affairs in 1947:
Why is this such a sticking point after so long, that Israel exists,
That is propaganda - this pretense that israel is in danger of not existing. You JUST GOT THROUGH claiming that you posted a map.

Did you look at it?

If you actually looked at it, then I invite you to sit real still, and genuinely dig deep on this question: Who does it look like is in danger of not existing - based on the map YOU posted?
DeezerShoove » 11 Oct 2023, 6:58 am » wrote: if it was just another "border shift" via UN consensus after the war?
It was not a border shift. It was the promise of statehood for the palis, in their tribal lands where they had been dominated for centuries by the various empires that washed in and out on the tides of human history. Included in the bargain was a homeland for the jews, who, as stateless people, had been made welcome in more than 100 countries - and within a few generations, run OUT of those countries with a good bit of bad feelings on the part of their FORMERLY gracious hosts.

I think you need to google "two state solution" and familiarize yourself with the actual issue. Because brother, if you think the issue is whether ISRAEL is going to exist, then you've been drinking the koolaid direct from the drum.

This one remains as the World's Thorn In Its Side...
Because it moves EVERY **** DAY, and there are some people who would like for that to stop. They're the folks whose farms and homes are being taken at gunpoint and whose families are being murdered by "settlers."

Those other repositionings of borders you referred to? THOSE involved a lot of **** gunfire and bodies and graves and human suffering. But it all happened and then it ended - it wasn't the protracted torture show and slow-walk ethnic cleansing of which you seem rather surprisingly unaware, given your cartographical experience. I mean, it IS happening right in front of your eyes. They talk about it on the teevee and everything.

I think I see the issue. You're getting your information on what is happening over there from the MSM.

Let me ask: How many of America's MSM outlets do you suspect Palestinians control?

Which of these many Palestinian controlled outlets are you giving equal time, so ya don't get filled full of **** by hearing only the "approved" version of events?

Bear in mind I was not challenging in this question. I was looking for a measured viewpoint from someone I thought could deliver it. Why you jump on my throat is puzzling.

I know the country of Israel exists and can see it on the map. What I am asking about is through the lens of 70 years, was this international "solution" of creating a new state of Israel accepted, prior to the ensuing friction you ranted about? Or was it immediately denounced for existing at all?
Don't get all pissy about the question as though I'm loaded to do battle about Jews and MSM and the map changing (against Palestine).

I thought I'd get a more focused answer than your pet peeve seems to allow. Sure, I could ask Google or Wikistupidass but you have more history and details from years of following this ****.
No doubt there would have been some resistance to creating a country out of the blue.
Who and how much of a fight over this was there back then?
That was the direction my question was meant to take.

I just don't trust that I could find a real answer easily on the InterNeedToKnoWeb.

To answer your question...

Israel has been fighting off Arabs since pretty much day one. The Israeli State was founded in the Spring of '48 and the first Israeli/Arab war started in the Spring of '48.

I know there was after-the-fact conflict and the dates and participants... All that ****.
Thanks.
I was hoping for a "between the lines" kind of scathing attack that CP and a few others can deliver.
Something of a "scholarly" point of view, so to speak. With swear words...

I wonder how they reached this as the proper land mass, timing, government, etc.
Was it the Illuminati? NATO? Who the **** thought they could just do whatever it was they did?
Were the Jews already running the show? After near-extinction?

It was the UN from what I understand... who was as an entity, very new itself at the time. The UN was formed at the end of WW2, late '45 or '46... and partitioning Israel out of the Palestinian land was probably one of their first official acts.

Perhaps it was a bad move huh?

Lol

Because of the implicit biases you presented. Like furthering the claim that the issue is blind hatred of jews and not their abominable behaviors toward arabs.

Originally, in the mandate days when the brits kept order, the jews came and purchased land. They invested - created jobs. They were pretty welcome. Not everyone was overjoyed - but jews make pretty good neighbors. Clean, quiet, educated, nonviolent, professional - not bad people to have living next door.

The brits took palestine from the ottoman empire following wwii, and they decided right away that they would give the jews an ethno-state in the region called Palestine. They didn't announce it until the war ended, but they intended it from the start of the war. The declaration said IN palestine, not OF palestine. The brits had previous agreements with various grand poobahs preventing them from just handing over all of palestine to the zionists.

The brits also had standing agreements dating back years that they would always protect jerusalem as a city open to jews, christians and arabs. That is one of the things that the jewish terrorists - then AND now wanted to undo. Jerusalem is the third rail of middle east politics, and NATURALLY the orange menace had to **** with it.

No one can say with any authority who shot who in the early days. Both sides were playing ball, I'm sure. But here is what CAN be said: Not one Palestinian started murdering British civilians, blowing **** up, and committing other terrorist acts. That was the jews. And that is why EVERY ISRAELI FOUNDER had a death warrant on them from the british crown.

Israel was founded in criminality and practices it daily with america's help. And I'm agin it.

Any implicit bias was my trying to couch my question in the views I see out there in the world.
Not trying to poke at the issue with intentions like that.

So, to render it down to a couple things:
As FOS was always quick to point out, Hitler just wanted the Jews out. And nobody welcomed them with open arms so he was kind of stuck with most of them. Wealthy and smart ones got out. I read up on that part and he was absolutely correct.
The bias against Jews was already in place I guess you could say.

So, the confusing part is this:
If nobody really liked them all too much, why set up a shiny new country for them?
Is Israel a "Liberia type" solution?

"The brits took palestine from the ottoman empire following wwii, and they decided right away that they would give the jews an ethno-state in the region called Palestine. They didn't announce it until the war ended, but they intended it from the start of the war."

Your above statement prompts this question: The Brits were obliged to do this prior to WWII but why?

I know about the dubious history of "6 million Jews..." even before WWI as you have pointed out and I've seen elsewhere. A well-used number.
So, was victimhood the big trump card and the Jews deserved a break for once?
That seems a bit thin.
Needless to say, taking what you say as truth, planning ahead of the war's end to plant the Jews in religious holy land must have a lot of strings attached, history and debts, strange bed-fellows, etc.

I think not. Ben Franklin is (controversially) quoted as saying, "Did we give the jew palestine in fee simple, he would not return thither in any great number; for the jew is a vampire, and he must subsist on christian blood."

Don't know whether he really said that, but the SENTIMENT echoes popular thought of his day. Back then, the jew did not own the press, and cancel culture was not a thing. "Racism" (if it was in usage) carried no stigma. Alexander Hamilton was a hebrew - so they were not without social mobility. They have always been high achievers, even with circumstances quite against them.

I also know the sentiment proved true. The jew HAS returned to palestine - but not in any great number or without continuing to subsist on the treasure of other nations.

I cannot speak with any authority to what balfour and his allies were thinking. But I DO know he was in the thrall of a rothschild who very much wanted palestine. I think it was FAR more zionist influence than a desire to rid themselves of jews which propelled the brits to take the actions they did. For all I know, they actually DID intend for the jews to have all of palestine. But the arabs didn't. The rest of the world didn't. In the end, it certainly does not appear that the british wanted it, either - which got them blown to **** and run out of palestine by a terrorist mafia.

They were, and hitler was on board. He was also looking at madagascar of all places. He wanted them gone - which may SEEM extreme, but outside of the USA, there are not many lands that haven't expelled jews. I believe it was jewish influence. Rothschild was printing britain's money - and he is famously quoted as saying, "Let me print a nation's currency, and I care not who makes its laws."

I think one determined fellow named rothschild was likely all it took. But I'm assessing the situation from the cheap seats, and the waters have been muddied since before the Great Day of my Birth. I genuinely wish no ill on israel, in spite of its crimes against my nation through unregistered foreign agents and unrelenting espionage and scurrilous behaviors. Ya gotta do what ya gotta do. Being warned about "foreign entanglements", this country has certainly gone completely the other way.
At this point, pretending to be the World Police would be a nice pullback.
I don't wish that either though.

I have mentioned this here in NHB: If China (or whatever other country) sat on top o' the world for a few decades, it would do us good. Let that country be poked at for a while. We need to fix our own house. Our entanglements haven't really burnished our image for the price we've paid.

I have mentioned this here in NHB: If China (or whatever other country) sat on top o' the world for a few decades, it would do us good. Let that country be poked at for a while. We need to fix our own house. Our entanglements haven't really burnished our image for the price we've paid.
It's nice that it might actually help us, too, if we stopping **** in people's necks.

I think the average american might have to get by with fewer disposable goodies if we stopped being the world police mafia. But I do NOT think that would diminish our quality of life.
