That's a good example. Most of America's wealth was from exploiting others. We represent 4.5% of the world's population, but we are considered the most wealthy. How the hell does that even happen?

Oh, it could happen. Better systems produce better results. 

Unfortunately, our system is better at rapine and plunder - whereas it COULD be better at producing useful things.

Regrouping is pulling your troops make and reforming lines of attack.

Retreating is running like hell to get away from the enemy.

I'm not saying their actions since have been right, but that's a pretty tough row to hoe right out of the gate like that.

Any country has a right to a land if they fought for it. Sadly, that's just the way the world works. America did it to the Indians, African countries are always doing it, and Israel did it. Now it's their job to keep it on their own without our help.
