The level of ego that our society has is unparalleled. America and Israel has done some dark and evil **** to other countries in the name of oil and resources. Yet, we have the audacity to call other groups terrorists. I think Hamas is scum, just like the other camel **** out in that area. However, so are some of our actions.

We don't do the same things. We spend trillions of dollars on smart weapons to minimize civilian casualties. If we just wanted to kill brown people en masse we could do so for far cheaper. Kick a couple moabs out of a 1950s c130 and most middle eastern **** would be turned to humus. When is the last time we kidnapped and tortured civilians? And no, club gitmo doesn't count. We are not the same. Get behind me Satan!

So it's okay to invade countries that are no threat to us just as long as we minimize civilian casualties?

I was just looking for clarification.

There are quite a few on the board that only want to denounce it when it comes from one side, and condone it as "justifiable" when it comes from the other.

I don't think Americans have done what Hamas has done.  Not ever.  When have Americans planned for 2 years to go somewhere just to rape women, target civilians for murder and take noncombatant hostages?

than Murka....millions displaced, maimed, killed.

Go hug a Palestinian. I am not a fan of occupying and rebuilding middle eastern **** holes. Attacking America shouldn't be like winning the camel **** lottery, they shouldn't get their utilities, schools and roads repaired as a prize for pulling off 9/11. Afghanistan and Iraq should have been handled with repeated surgical strikes, not occupation.

Murder happens in many forms. How is invading countries that pose no threat to us and then bombing the **** out of them any better? We are still inducing fear in people that did nothing.
