3 things are killing college football:

• The transfer portal
• NFL encouraging players to enter the draft before completing college
• Money

But, you know what, that's fine.  College football will eventually be destroyed, good coaches will lose interest, fans will turn sour on it and the NFL will have to foot the bill for training players right out of high school. Essentially what Baseball does.
