At the same time the union I was in also backed John Glenn while he was a player in orchestrating the savings and loan crisis under Jimmy Carter that created the 9.5% mortgage rates in the late 78's. Not the 248 Palestinians killed by Israeli forces or settlers between 1 January and 4 October of this year. Not the denial of Palestinian human rights and national aspirations for decades.
