You concede that 2020 elections were held under historic levels of duress. That is enough to make one skeptical of their outcome. Had Trump won leftwing terrorists would still be burning city blocks. Ukraine would still be a country and their wouldn't be Chinese warships off the coast of Taiwan but America would be under siege.

Emergency measures passed without voter approval need to be reversed regardless of how loud democrats cru racism.

No...it does not.  The definition of disenfranchise is "deprive (someone) of the right to vote." (emphasis mine). Those people had the right to vote...evidenced by them voting.  Disqualifying a vote IS NOT disenfranchisement.  You may not like the definition...but tough ****.  Disallowing the unconstitutional votes as they relate to the President, would not disenfranchise anyone.

Why are liberals so **** stupid?

I am also comfortable with the courts ruling that registered voters who played by the rules and voted according to the guidance they received from their elected and appointed public officials should not be disenfranchised after the fact.

I am surprised you would not share that sentiment.
You're comfortable with cheating, as long as it gives you more political power.

Mass mail in voting was still present in many counties during the midterm.

there was no cheating.  Nothing in the revised pandemic-driven procedural changes explicitly favored one party over the other.

We'll have to agree to disagree.  Courts, however, agree with me, and will NOT disenfranchise any registered voter who cast his or her vote in 2020 in good faith according to the rules published by their state and local governments.  Don't like it?  Move.

the people don't need to vote.  State legislatures need to codify, which they did.
