I agree, but my issue is there is a difference in acknowledging the faults and wanting to correct them, and wanting to burn it all down and try something else.

I've never been a big proponent of throwing the baby out with the bathwater... and since I'm doing cliches, they better be careful what they ask for, or they just may get it.

The probability that these two sides can forget the past to move forward is slim to none in my opinion.

My gut says it will be a "burn it down" senario. More innocent blood will be spilled.

Doesn't have to become that. Honesty can correct a lot more things than educating self deception as a pathway into better tomorrows to each generation gap added so far.

When shown everyone has been equally corrupted regardless which generation gap theya re alive in, there can be a new consensus reached than just agreeing to disagree nobody knew.
