Removing him from the Colorado ballot is meaningless as there is no chance he could take the state. Removing him from swing and red states... no need to have an election.RedheadedStranger » 23 Oct 2023, 4:00 pm » wrote: ↑ Any State that would disallow Trump to be on the ballot most likely wouldn't have allowed him to carry the State if he were on the ballot anyway.

Unfortunately for you, you are not the final authority (or any level of authority) on the 14th Amendment. Just because you call something an insurrection, doesn't mean a court will call it one. And that is what it will take, because any move to keep Trump off the ballot in any state will get an immediate appeal...and probably fast tracked to SCOTUS.maineman » 23 Oct 2023, 3:45 pm » wrote: ↑ according to you. You have to remember, his whole Navy Career was in a non-combative role....the most action he's seen was some choking victim at a cocktail party.Neo » 23 Oct 2023, 4:04 pm » wrote: ↑ You witnessed civil disobedience turning into a brief riot. Less consequential and damaging than 500 of the 726 blm riots a few months prior. Whole thing lasted three hours. We had riots in Washington that lasted three months. No credible or armed threat was brought against the government, it wasn't an insurrection.

My saying what you don't want to know about isn't gibberish compared to your anything else is possible scenarios. my compounding method accounts for specific conception to random time dying never exceeds the time adapting as occupying space now.

I see only 1 live fire encounter involving our US Navy from 1981..... Were you a participant in this incident, or was there some other Military action involving you & the Navy that occured in 1981
. 1981: Libya: First Gulf of Sidra incident, on August 19, 1981, U.S. planes based on the carrier USS Nimitz shot down two Libyan jets over the Gulf of Sidra after one of the Libyan jets had fired a heat-seeking missile. The United States periodically held freedom of navigation exercises in the Gulf of Sidra, claimed by Libya as territorial waters but considered international waters by the United States.
My Understanding of 0-4 in Navy Rank is that would be a Lt. Commander , were you serving on the Nimitz, and if so, is that correct in that no one else on that Aircraft Carrier held the Rank of 0-4.. In the above mentioned incident, 2 Libyan Jets fired Heat Seeking Missiles at 2 F 14 Tomcats from the Nimitz..... Were you on either of those 2 Tomcats serving as the Jet's Aviator or RIO (Radio Intercept Officer)?
