Good grades and proper education is racist.

In my factory business in a mid-sized city, I'd get several job applicants every week, mostly from young men fresh out of high school.  Even though their lack of education was quite sad, I'd often find the responses to many of the questions to be hysterical, clearly showing a complete lack of understanding as to what virtually any job entails.  Few high schools ever provided a course on how to apply for a job, fill out an application, construct a resume, or prepare themselves properly for an interview, preferring instead to instruct them on racial inequality and victimhood.  And that was before the "gender studies", drag queen performances, critical race theories, climate change, and teaching them a biased history and reasons to hate their own country as are being done in the last 20 years.

And I don't see it changing any time soon!

well, TBH, it's a game we all have to learn...and you are correct, high schools need to teach what you listed plus money management...

this country needs 2 yr mandatory military service at 18...

            I mentioned on another thread that Parents are very foolish to believe once their kid steps on the School Bus in the morning, that they are not  responsible in playing a role in their child's education or aware of what is happening in the classroom... 

            The Teacher's Union is all about power, and protecting their members.... It's really little different than many other corrupt labor rackets .. It's good that you mention Vouchers, as this brings to mind some of the colossal hypocrisy regarding them and the Teacher's Union (who adamantly oppose them)... Just a couple months ago we learned the Negro Chicago Teachers Union President Stacy Gates, who publicly cried that Vouchers for Parents to send their Child to better schools were RACIST ---- but she herself pulled one of her own children out of Public School and put him in Private "Catholic" School, because she believes the Public School couldn't provide the quality education her son deserved ... What the **** about every other Parent who wants the same for their kid?....

Of course!  One set of rules for thee, and a different one for me!
They want to keep the gravy train of campaign donations from the teacher's union coming into their pockets, while the peons are left to deal with the abysmal failures and indoctrinations of the public school system.

I've said it before, but it demands repeating:
Purchasing an education should be no different than buying a car, a home, or a new refrigerator.  If the government is paying $2000 per child in the public school system, there should be that amount deducted for every kid LEAVING the system, and those funds paid to parents in a voucher where they can purchase an education (if they wish) in a private school that teaches their child what THEY deem necessary for them to be truly educated.  If you WANT your kid schooled where drag queens run story hours, where CRT is taught, and where hours every week are dedicated to "gender studies" and climate change, THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO BUY THAT!  But parents who will demand quality in the basics of education should NOT be forced to tolerate that ****!  What would be inevitable is that the worst schools will get fewer and fewer kids enrolled until they're forced to shut down, and the private educators will take over, likely without the teacher's union, the custodians union, and without a bunch of left-wing bureaucrats and liberal superintendents on the school board.

NOTHING will repair the damage being done to this one and the next generation of kids faster than privatizing education, BUT liberal Democrats like that racist black bitch will NEVER allow it to happen as long as they don't practice what they preach!
