no one is talking. all is being said that maine rejected red flag laws which would prevented a mental patient from getting guns. since then it looks like maine is reconsidering it.

Scientologists are known to actual target individuals that they see as "suppressive individuals" but in those cases the motive is more to destroy the individual's life, and not so much to make him do things they want him to do.
Even with that said, I have no doubt that "enemies of the State" are also sometimes targeted in a similar fashion... and it's entirety possible that the same State could identify and target individuals for psyop control as well.
