All the stories I read said the explosion was in the parking lot and that the hospital itself only suffered minor damage.

The problem was, there were quite a few people in the parking lot at the time.

Not 500 women and children. The explosion happened during a Hamas volley into Israel. 30% of their missiles fall before they cross the fence. When Israel does go in and purge Hamas I imagine they will lose a lot of sympathy. This was just a preview.

No, there is no jury. 
A terrorist rocket landed in the PARKING lot.  The Hospital is still standing. 
If that was an Israeli bomb, the hospital would be gone.

CNN and NY Times had independent investigations...
and concluded it was not Israel.
Satillite coverage says it came within.
US Intelligence says it was within

Misfire or not, that doesn't deter from the fact that Israel has leveled civilian structures with women and children in them. They have done things like that for decades.

I base that on your comments.  Every one I have seen is only critical of Israel...never critical of Hamas.  Ever hear the saying "That which you allow, you condone."?

BTW...the part I am interested in seeing you prove is that Israel loves doing it.  You know, the second word in your comment.  I would be curious about what, if anything, Hamas had stored under the apartment building.  Also, there is nothing in international law that states a country cannot kill women and children (or any other civilian).  I pretty sure the law is a country must make every effort to minimize those deaths.  If the "enemy" puts their missiles and other munitions under schools, apartments, hospitals, etc. the law would make it impossible to defend yourself.

They haven't had an election since 2007. They ruled them in on 2006. Hamas then did a 180 and told the Palestinians go pound sand with their elections. They had no way of voting them out after they screwed them.

They could leave.  If you stay where you know the "leadership" is doing the things Hamas does on a regular basis, you are giving your tacit support.
