Hillary might give you one of her Chairman Mao suits for your big move to Beijing...
Hamas was spawned from the Gazan chapter of the Muslim Brotherhood, an Islamic movement begun in 1920s Egypt.... All of the Hamas Founders were active members of the MB.... When the Israelis pulled their Military presence and 9000 settlers out of the Gaza territory, they did not install Hamas as the governing entity..... The Palestinian Authority assumed control and the people of Gaza freely elected Hamas into power in 2007.... And they have suffered greatly ever since... I'll agree, the Israelis were hoping for a political alternative to the PA would emerge in Gaza, but they were not expecting or hoping a Militant Islamic movement that called for their destruction would be elected to power.Majik » 31 Oct 2023, 9:18 am » wrote: ↑ It's what isn't being said in your link ....that's important.....
Hamas was created By Israel for Israel .....
Which is why it doesn't care about the destruction of Gaza or Gazans. .....
Could be....Sumela » 31 Oct 2023, 12:42 pm » wrote: ↑ Beijing is glorious!! Thank you.

"Sheikh Yassin formed the Islamist group Mujama al-Islamiya, which was officially recognized by Israel as a charity and then, in 1979, as an association. Israel also endorsed the establishment of the Islamic University of Gaza, which it now regards as a hotbed of militancy."

But I've little doubt the message you receive in the first Fortune Cookie you get there reads ---- "Confucius says you stroke your Eggroll to NAMBLA pamphlets"

I know the origins of Hamas and there would be no Hamas if it wasn't for the Israeli's backing them against Arafat .....Kobia2 » 31 Oct 2023, 12:43 pm » wrote: ↑ Hamas was spawned from the Gazan chapter of the Muslim Brotherhood, an Islamic movement begun in 1920s Egypt.... At some point people need to see that much of the suffering of the Gaza and West Bank Arabs / Palestinians was brought upon themselves by their own poor choices in leadership ------ Arafat/PLO, PA, Hamas...

I don't think Israelis recognized or understood what the eventual goals & militant movement of Hamas would evolve into ... Neither did many of the Gazan residents who voted them into power... They assumed / hoped whatever emerged in the power vacuum after their Troop withdrawal would be a better alternative to the Palestinian Authority ----- they were gravely mistaken.Majik » 31 Oct 2023, 1:05 pm » wrote: ↑ I know the origins of Hamas and there would be no Hamas if it wasn't for the Israeli's backing them against Arafat .....
Do you really believe there is no regular communication between Hamas and Israel ?
Arafat didn't......all those years before the election of Hamas.
I've mentioned,RedheadedStranger » 31 Oct 2023, 10:06 am » wrote: ↑ Maybe it was Yassin that deceived Israel in the beginning?

Contrast with Satanic Israel, 4,000 murdered kids in THREE WEEKS
Very typical of Imperialists and Colonialists.

You quote history to develop the future, of course you never say anything to correct corruption that has historically governed outcomes arriving today.
