Once your kid turns 18, you really have little control over who the kid dates.  Goes for daughters and sons. But, what my wife and I have done was make sure that our kids know our thoughts on tattoos, piercings, body mutilation, even dating those ethnically different than them from the time they were 3 to 18.  If our values didn't settle in on them within that time, then so be it, we've done the best we could. But, you know what?  So far, it seems to have worked.

The thing I now fear most for my kids is the person who looks normal, is attractive, acts polite, but is just the Devil in disguise. BTW, that's Beth Thomas - a fascinating story.  To be fair, she seems to have been "cured" of her psychopathy.  Very sad beginning with a happy ending?  Only time will tell.....
