There are a lot of elderly, and disabled people that just can’t make it to the polls 

all I want is to demand a reviewable paper trail for every vote

That everyone gets a chance to vote in a corrupted system is kind of worthless.

I don't know if your "paper trail" is the answer or not, but if that achieved an honest vote, ok by me.
