  There was also a case of a Meat packing plant up there that was being held hostage by it's mostly Somali workforce.... The women refused to comply with the Business' safety protocol saying they could not wear full length Garb down to their ankles around machinery.... exactly...the printing plant I worked at wouldn't hire them because of those exact safety issues...I was surprised there wasn't any blowback...

St Cloud housed 1 of 2 freezer manufacturers in the US. Owned by Electrolux, they made the mistake of hiring a **** of them. They wanted to shut down the production line for Ramadan prayer month with an ever changing sunset time...   we all laughed at our plant...

Electrolux eventually built a new plant in the SE...the plant here sits empty...a sad demise for a building rich in history...

I remember that guy, he was great... I wonder what happened to him, I read to he got a job at a news station after the war but that was years ago.. there are others that try to imitate him but they just aren't as funny and convincing as he was...

        I was surprised CNN didn't hire him as their Foreign War correspondent.... 
The last I heard was when he was captured, he was interrogated but released... The coalition troops he surrendered to didn't have the heart to kill or rough him up because he was considered such a cartoon character of amusement.. Supposedly some of the soldiers posed for pictures with him ..
