            Ruby being shown on Camera holding and shooting Oswald on Live Television in front of dozens in a Police Station basement ---- and then having murder weapon he used to shoot Oswald  pried from his hands is hard evidence....          The Evidence against Clay Shaw was concluded to be untrue / insufficient ---- which means it turned out to be nothing more than accusation, speculation, and bizarre theory involving a comical cast of Gay characters.. He was wrongly indicted and brought to trial... In fact, after being acquitted, Clay Shaw brought a $5 Million Lawsuit against the NO Prosecutor Jim Garrison & Others who essentially harassed him to the point where it destroyed his life.. He had an excellent chance of winning the suit, but had died before the case was determined by the Supreme Court ---- which by law meant it had to be dropped because Shaw had no relatives to continue on with the Lawsuit.. 

          Have you actually read the case & trial regarding Clay Shaw?... At one point the prosecution (Jim Garrison) suggested the Assassination was a **** "homosexual thrill killing" involving Shaw and his associates.. LMAO    Read about the State's central figure, New Orleans DA Jim Garrison... He is the discredited fool that Oliver Stone based his lead character on played by Kevin Costner in his JFK Film.... Garrison, along with being a Prosecutor, was also a JFK Asassination Conspiracy Theorist... He was also the asshole who brought the "Magic Bullet" theory as "evidence" in the trial which also proved to be completely wrong... And of course since again you know nothing of what you're talking about, we get the usual hysterical school girl meltdown from you.... Grow up ******.

    You were provided a list of Hard evidence regarding Oswald...... Had he survived it would have been presented at his trial, and a jury would have determined his guilt..  Let's go through it again you purple-haired putz... 

  1. The Carbine Rifle that was used was found on the 6th floor of the School Depository building where Oswald worked...
  2. Oswald's Palm Print was found on the barrel of the Rifle.
  3. Two bullet fragments found lodged in the presidential limousine, were ballistically matched to the rifle found in the book depository building  
  4. Oswald's fingerprints found on Book Boxes next to the window & rife on the 6th floor of the Building....
  5. 3 spent 6.5 x 52 MM Cartridges found along with Oswald's Rifle.

It didn't, you **** toothed barebacker. There was enough COUNTER evidence for an indictment and a trial - and likely enough for a conviction - whether the conviction happened or not. Garrison was interfered with and dirty-tricked out of a conviction by the very forces who framed oswald.

         What you said was Indicting someone meant there was Hard Evidence to justify such ---- referring to the ONLY Indictment in the entire JFK Assassination, which was against Clay Shaw---- and it turned out such alleged evidence was in fact NOT Hard Evidence at all, which led to Shaws acquittal in less than an hour... Do you understand that the "evidence" used to indict Shaw was determined to be untrue, which means it is not hard evidence at all...  Read the Links I provided regarding the trial you hysterical baby... It was concluded the case never should have even been an indictment brought against Shaw.. There was nothing to indict him on..  So there you are again, the lying sack of **** asshole with your usual semantics, scrambling and redirects... But rather than admit the case against Shaw was a sham, you move the goalposts again and claim Garrison was sabotaged .....
