Lots of American made ammunition. And, generally competitively priced. Except for the steel-cased stuff made by Russia's "Wolf". That ammo was cheap. But, the steel cases are tough on extractors, and the bi-metal bullets (i.e. mild-steel encasing a lead core) wear non-chrome-lined barrels a little more. Works perfectly fine in AK's with chrome lined barrels, though. But, (and this is a big BUT), nearly all of the AK's you buy are 1) made in the USA on US receivers with a foreign parts kit, and 2) include a US manufactured barrel which is NOT chrome lined. Oooooooo - **** F-ing AK's.Nostradamus'omh » 14 Nov 2023, 7:40 am » wrote: ↑ Kind of because our politicians farmed out production of our ammunition to foreign countries and EPA make it next to impossible to produce our own.
