He wasn't on Floyd's neck.
Read the State Medical Examiner's report.
Not the autopsy that was bought and paid for by the prosecutor, but the official one.
There were no injuries to Floyd's neck at all.

No. Angles shown in police body cams show his knee was on Floyd's shoulder blade. Floyd was able to speak without issue, had a conversation with his long dead mommy. The autopsy showed no bruises on his neck, no signs of strangulation or asphyxiation. No ruptured blood vessels in the whites of the eyes. He didn't die from an airway obstruction. He did have lethal levels of meth and fentanyl in his system. 19ng/ml of fentanyl. 3 is enough to be lethal to the average person. 19 would kill most street addicts.
He swallowed his stash and died of an overdose. Knee had nothing to do with it.

What did you find?Prosecutor Steve Schleicher pressed Arradondo on whether Chauvin's actions followed department policies. Arradondo replied that applying "that level of force" administered to a person in the prone position and handcuffed behind their back is "in no way, shape or form" part of department policy.

What chauvin did was piggy. I GET it. Floyd was human ****. One tires. But he took - and broke - a **** oath. Chauvin was a piece of **** pig. He was george floyd with a badge.

APPARENTLY, the death was a drug overdose - not a knee on neck overdose. So, murder is not the charge. Official misconduct, official oppression, assault - these are the correct charges.

Several officers have stated that the Chief was lying his *** off... and the judge wouldn't allow the official Minneapolis PD training manuals to be admitted into evidence to show it.
