I believe "cake eater" was coined (at least around these parts) pertaining to an older Minneapolis suburb called Edina...mostly doctors, professionals and spoileds...

Y'all Minnesota folks have a funny way of saying things.  When I visited the Quad Cities, I heard a lady live and in person with one of those real thick "Fargo" accents.  Seemed a bit out of place for Iowa, but I suppose its' not too far south from Minnesota.

Living in central MN, I worked with some people who suffered from "Stearns County Syndrome"...dey were from up nort der...the gal I worked with had a sister named Root...

because you choose to not believe, doesn't mean perpetual motion isn't a natural result to when energy cannot be created nor destroyed by things evolving in series parallel time displaced ancestrally located exactly as evolving here now.

Specific gravity, specific details, specific combinations of periodic characteristics at the molecular and cellular level things changing shape formed when combined to replace pre-existing results never same details twice as individually here.
