Oh, they didn't just skip phase 4. That is not at all true. They skipped EVERY phase. 

The animal trials were a failure. So that phase was skipped. They simply ignored the results. 

If I'm running a race, and I show up at checkpoint three in a car, even though the rest of the course is behind me, that does NOT mean I completed it.

Exactly! I had forgotten that fact. And they threw OUT all the severe adverse reactions from early human subjects, like women ending up in wheelchairs and other permanent disabled.

Youd think this is incredible, but it’s SOP in the land of pure distilled evil.

It was actually BADLY scripted on many levels. But the people who saw the glaring lies and holes in the narrative were all de-platformed - right down to Johnny 6-pack denizens of the twitterverse.

It was quite well scripted coming from every aspect...gubment, media, schools and the medical community...a regular US vs Grenada....

That is ubiquity. And that was the secret to their success. It was not the quality of the information. The lies were not particularly clever. It was simply the absence of opposition. They silenced every voice.
