gained 450,000 volunteers now with total manpower well over 1 million. And arty
factories working 365/24/7.....while Ukes AND NATO are running low.

He nails it on the head. The arms industries of Russia and China are focused on warfare - not profit. As such, they make tomorrow's weapons. Weapons designed for sale - mostly to third world hostiles - are never going to incorporate cutting edge technologies. I find myself shaking my head, bemusement dissipating.
