The expansion under Obamacare will make 600,000 North Carolinians eligible for insurance assistance. Is this all good? There is the problem of weighing down the system. Some wait times in the UK can be months due to an overwhelmed health care system. Then again, it's an obvious fact that health care costs are too high. Any thoughts'? 

It's all good...the people voted for it...or at least voted for the people who voted for it...maybe not....votes are just a feel good thing that no longer count for anything.

But hey, did you hear about boys playing girls sports under Title 9? Politics is bull#%#$. That's just me though.

Many of the best women are men. The transwomen are faster, stronger, bigger - old fashioned women are a bunch of losers, really. I mean, they're good for only one thing, now - sex. Everything else, the new women are just better at.

if a man picks up one he should be able to sue if he is not told until the point of discovery.

I'm opposed. It will cut into the money Ukraine and Israel need.

I don't pay taxes for stupid stuff like medicine for my countrymen. 

I pay taxes to take care of foreigners.

Actually, Obama changed it first, in a "Dear Colleague" letter his justice department sent in May of 2016, telling schools they hadda respeck mah pronoun under Title IX. 

In February 2017, the Department of Justice and Department of Education under Trump withdrew the guidance from that infamous letter stating, "there must be due regard for the primary role of the States and local school districts in establishing education policy."

Then in June, his Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights Candice Jackson issued instructions to the DOE that they may investigate and resolve certain kinds of allegations of sex discrimination involving transgender students, such as "failure to promptly and equitably resolve a transgender student's complaint of sex discrimination."

But in February 2018, a DoEd spokesperson clarified that "Title IX prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex, not gender identity ... Where students, including transgender students, are penalized or harassed for failing to conform to sex-based stereotypes, that is sex discrimination prohibited by Title IX ... In the case of bathrooms, however, long-standing regulations provide that separating facilities on the basis of sex is not a form of discrimination prohibited by Title IX."

So, the Trump administration stopped the bafroom part of the silliness, taking enough action to appease the base. Perhaps they did all that they could - I really cannot say. Obama corrupted Title IX, Trump KINDA SORTA undid some of it, and then comes the perverted usurper.

Biden is on it like sniffing a diaper - so that's where we are and how we got here. Obama set the stage for all of this, six months before the end of his second term. Trump slow-walked it, letting the issue live while giving schools SOME breathing room and limited guidance - no real clarity on what would or would not get them in trouble. Now, Biden has issued executive order 13988, basically just shoving the entire thing down our throats and setting the stage for our corrupt and complicit  jewdiciary to sort out with a royal decree. 

The enforcement of Title IX is the purview of the federal Office of Civil Rights. They mainly just bully compliance - but their sticks are two: Withholding federal funds, and kicking the case to the DOJ for civil action against the school. The amount of federal funds that schools get are often less than 10% of a school's budget - but usually enough to gain compliance. Then there is the arm twisting - bureaucrats are built to go along and get along. 

So, hang on to your asses, Fred. This silly **** - as crazy and immoral as EVERYONE, the left included, knows it to be - is de facto law of the land. And this has a reason. It is intended to demoralize and create apathy. People just give up in the face of so much utter hypocrisy, against which they dare not speak for fear of reprisals. The craziness is to make us more compliant, so that we will put up with ANYTHING - and it is working. The money boys behind this policy delight in humiliating and demoralizing the nation they are busting out like mafia dons in high gear. They know they require abject compliance to drink the last of our blood, and they use demoralization to assure it.

I saw one case where some one picked up a drag queen and killed him when he found he was a man.

he was convicted of murder. I felt it was  unfair.

Of course it's unfair - everything about the issue is depraved. 

There'll be a mighty reckoning, when the **** hits the fan and there's not enough of anything and everything to allow such reindeer games. 

It was the weather that created the modern nation state in Europe - the medieval warm period. Before that, there were just a scattering of strongmen and everyone else was a serf, grubbing for food and privileged to live as one of the lord's vassals. When the warm came, there was enough of everything. Retreating glaciers provided plentiful water, fortified with all manner of minerals, nourishing healthy crops, animals and people. NOW there was room for poets and politicians and researchers and teachers and such.

Societies are always informed and shaped by their exigencies - and the stupidity you see before you can ONLY occur in conditions of glut. And I promise you this: the glut? It's temporary. QUITE so, I do believe. When the glut goes, out with it goes the stupidity and its adherents and practitioners.

You see what I did there? I used an ancient propaganda trick. I took something quite believable and true sounding - in this case, there being a "most likely to go on Medicaid" designation; and I wallered it together with something UTTERLY preposterous - that PedoPhilo Beddo graduated high school.

I'll bet I had you going, too. You were busy noting his award, and you did not think to challenge that slippery buried premise.
