More of an IPA fan myself but if a Lager is done right, it can be amazing. Had one in Minneapolis at Wabasha Brewing that was amazing. Will admit that Southern Germany (Bavaria), Czech Republic, and Austria would be a dream trip. All the amazing beer.. liver would take a beating but it would be worth it.

I worked with a guy that could drink a 12 pack of lite beer before he got full...IE buzzed...mind you, he was well seasoned...

we would go out and I'd have a couple of full bodied brews and he'd ask why I didn't drink more... told him I drank for flavor and buzz...not a full gut...

How can they test our resolve without removing the thorn? I have no doubt the social scientists they have employed are assessing every little measurable in the equations. They're educated. They don't just blow up. They do not careen from one experiment to another. They drill down. They study. They care about the results of their study.

On the other side of the coin, you have target. They are EQUALLY outraging their customers - and doubling down, while you dither about what their stock holders are thinking. Hell, I guess someone should, because THEY sure aren't, kid. They do not appear to give one **** - now do they.

I never could figure out how a man drinks an entire 6-pack (or more) of beer in an hour.  If all you want is an alcohol buz, then drink bourbon.  I drink beer when I'm hot and thirsty, out on the boat, or sometimes with dinner.

We're yet to see how many more corporations are "still coming" as you claim.  Target and Bud Lite made their beds months ago, and very few others have followed that path after seeing how doing so negatively affected their sales, and some have taken a stand and planned to counter that agenda by advertising they won't become a party to such stupidity.  What other reason would the publicize that fact if not for their fear of facing the same monetary consequences as those two did?

I have wondered the same and the usual answer that I get when I ask is this: They want to get f'ed up nice and slow. In relative terms, they want to go 0 to 60 in 10 minutes and not 1 minute. My late father was one of these types. In his darker times just before us kids came to the world.. he was a 12 pack for breakfast and 12 pack for dessert type.
