Economic sentiment polls are worthless. The reason is that most Americans are, like you, entirely innumerate. Their feelings about the economy are therefore irrelevant. 

If you think they have predictive ability, go look at 2012.

Someone is feeding you this poll data, and you don't have the integrity to identify them.

I want to know where you get your **** about FRED, as it is clear that you have no idea what FRED is.
