She took a bunch of deferred compensation this year, paid a **** PILE of taxes on it, and was being paid only around $1.3-1.4 million salary. She cost the University over $100 MILLION in donations and those writing those checks said NO MORE ****!! And the governing board agreed. She **** up with her liberal views of Palestine and how DEMANDS TO DESTROY JEWS was somehow "worthy" to the college. She needed to be FIRED, not asked to resign.

I'm assuming that this was not her only gig.  And being 55 years old and married, she likely has a pretty decent net worth.  I don't know if its $50M, but its probably high enough to where she doesn't need the job.   If you have $50M+ you don't need to work your *** off to earn $1.3M/year.  Your investments should be throwing off at least 2.5M/year.

I didn't remark on what the BOARD should do.  I was remarking from her perspective.  She should have told the Board "tough ****", you'll have to fire me. She has an employment contract and I'm sure it sets out what is and is not a fire-able offense.
