Over the past 3 decades, Harvard was transformed from the top Ivy League school in the United States to a HBC - i.e. historically black college. With negress Claudia Gay at the helm,

Harvard has kicked academic rigor to the curb.  Congressional hearings have recently exposed Harvard as giving over 90% of its students A's and B's in all subjects and seldomly giving C's or below.  Now, everyone knows this is impossible.  That in an institution that crafts its curriculum to match the supposed talent of its students, that there will be a bell-curve of grades.  Some will get A's, some will even get D's and fail, but most will be B's and C's.

Since Harvard and other Ivy Leagues have been letting in hoards of Black Students, it has had to do away with 1) academic rigor and 2) fair and impartial grading.  Because, it would expose and highlight that all of the Black students are failing out, while the White and Asian students continue to make high grades.

So, Harvard hires this black, woke, communist of a President, and Harvard has gone from top Ivy League University to Ghetto League HBC.  Who is this idiot, Claudine Gay?  Well, she's a Haitian who's only area of research addresses American political voter turnout and politics of race and identity.  Not particle physics, not differential geometry, not bio-chemistry and protein synthesis, but woke Afrocentric politics.

Would you send your child to Harvard on an all expense paid scholarship?  I wouldn't.

They say it's because if you get to Harvard you're already considered the best. That and a law suit a few years back from the parents of a student that got a poor grade. B for effort.

Just because a child prodigy can perform well in elementary and high school, does not mean his mind is done being academically trained. William Sidis is an example of a such a prodigy who actually did graduate from Harvard, but did not perform up to expectations post-academia.

Harvard is failing intellectually advanced students to bolster the appearances of hoards of intellectually inferior admittees to that institution.  There is no real learning taking place.  18-23 yo adults attending college need to have their minds stimulated and challenged. Harvard has embraced the antithesis of this.

There IS an innocent explanation for this violation of the bell curve. If there were more white male students, there would be more c's and d's. It isn't rigor in grading that is missing. White males are missing - so their grades are missing.

Make sense?

Mystery solved - Harvard is doing just fine on social-grading. Just not on recruiting minority white males, who make up only about 20% of the peoplation. .

The problem now is that Asians and women are outperforming white men at colleges in admissions and across the board.

No, your logic is wrong and here's why.  There are White males at Harvard.  Many I am sure make A's.  But, when Blacks make B's, that is saying their intellectual capacity is "almost as good" as those who earned A's. Where the truth is that many of those B's and even some of the A's really should  be C's D's and F's.

Of course, if Harvard admitted students based purely on their academic achievement and IQ, and then taught/tested to that higher level, there would be a bell-curve as you described - I am not denying that.  However, as it stands now, the true grading curve where Harvard actually teaches rigorous courses, would show a White demographic making the majority of A's and B's and the Black Demographic failing.  There would be no middle - the "curve" would look like a pair of lopsided titties.

White men are simply dropping out. There is only so much hatred and discrimination any person can take.

This is a different problem, and applies more to all Universities and Colleges across the board.  Women appear to be outnumbering men in most Colleges and Universities. However, if you look at the majors women study, and then toss some of those stupid woke majors in the **** where they belong, I am not sure this is the case.

We are building a generation of unrealized talent. The simple fact is, jungle bunnies are good runners and white paddies are good thinkers. The one is being nurtured and the other is under attack. It's all white marbles and black marbles from there, as Mr. Math takes the rudder and the ship steers to the shoals.

They're shutting it down, kids.

If one of my kids was to be awarded a full scholarship to Harvard.. I would leave the choice up to them. It is all expenses paid and that is not something I would pass up. No student loans and no having to struggle along and possibly only go to school part time (like myself). I would trust that my kids are able to separate the wheat from the chaff (so to speak). My parents were not on board with my decision to seek a degree. They wanted me to go into stucco/concrete/drywall and go work for the uncle. I saw everyone having back and knee problems by their mid-30's and then having few options after that.

If they are getting a full-ride to Harvard, then they could get a full ride to many other schools.  There are simply better schools, depending on what your kid thought he/she wanted to pursue.

Ok, point taken.  There are probably worse things a kid could do in life than pursue a business degree from Harvard. Image  Image

True.. if they could get the full ride to Harvard.. most likely it is not their only option. I would prefer that they not be quite that far away. As of yet, really no idea as to what they will pursue. They are 9 and 6. A lot is going to change by the time they get to college.

Any link for that? Sounds about right, I gotta say. ;)

Unfortunately, if college is in their future, now is the time for them and you to start thinking about it.

I know because I have been watching and studying Harvard, in particular, for many years.  I have watched it morph into an institution that is no longer recognizable by those familiar with it just 30 years ago.  Sure, the campus looks about the same.  But, those who run the place and teach at the place have changed considerably, and not for the better.

no you haven't...

You've existed a universe away, steeping in the bitterness of those who don't have the stuff to compete.

Educational institutions make very easy targets, but the truth remains that to even consider APPLYING to an elite institution, you need top 1-2% SAT scores.

And that's no one you know.
