I agree to go somewhere else. Free country. For now......Cannonpointer » 17 Dec 2023, 10:08 pm » wrote: ↑ ****, one of the merchants I frequent because they sell cool **** like Sorghum that is hard to find? They charge a dollar for cards, and they have a 20 dollar minimum purchase to let ya use it. More power to 'em, I say. Don't like it, don't shop there. Free country.
Me, I go to the bank window regularly for cash, always getting at least 15 ones, 8 fives and a couple of tens, for casual purchases about town. I support small local businesses as much as I can. I not only pay in cash, but I make sure not to hurt small business people's registers by purchasing small items with big bills.
How would a cashless society even work. Right now everything is going to internet sales which is cashless. Box stores are shuttering because of online purchases. I try to go to the store and buy everything I can just so I don't have to wait a day or so to get my stuff. But isn't online purchases basically cashless.CarrieCash » 17 Dec 2023, 10:14 pm » wrote: ↑ There are organizations using a lot of smoke & mirrors. The SBA says that 99.9% of businesses are small businesses. That mean mom & pop and similar.
MANDATED CREDIT MEANS THAT THE CONSUMER AND MOM & POPS WILL PAY MORE. THAT MEANS SOMEONE ELSE IS LINING HIS POCKETS.
It really isn't, though. Really - it isn't.CarrieCash » 17 Dec 2023, 10:12 pm » wrote: ↑ I agree to go somewhere else. Free country. For now......

You're right. We shouldnt be forced to get any vaccines because you will theorically only harm yourself and not others if the get for instance polio. Or small pox. If you get sick and die because you avoided vaccines then that's on you nobody else.Cannonpointer » 17 Dec 2023, 10:20 pm » wrote: ↑ It really isn't, though. Really - it isn't.
The amount of angst I suffered over being threatened to take what very much resembled the biblical "Mark of the Beast" smelled abso-****-lutely NOTHING like freedom.
I was threatened with not being able to buy or sell unless I took an experimental shot. Just the threat - nothing but the threat - is a crime against humanity punishable by death under existing international law enforced by the hague. The laws in question were written by the united states and were signed onto by virtually every nation on earth.
Currently, the hague has no jurisdiction over yanks - and for that matter, the hague power structure was complicit. So I'm not looking for a case to be brought. But I WILL say I spent tens of thousands readying a bug in that would not have been invested in precisely that way if not for the bullying.
And I will say further than when I said it's a free country, it was an empty expression. It is a brutal police state that does most of its brutality to our psyches and our interpersonal relations - a devious, fiendish, vicious and perverse police state whose failure I pray for. And it isn't that I want the great pain of living through a failed state in my declining years. Not my idea of fun. It's that I want a future for humanity and this vicious pig state doesn't.
Just as, if you play the lab rat and take unapproved, unstudied experiments, that's on you. But when your own government BULLIES you to do it, and uses 24-7 propaganda from a complicit media, it is harder to just roll my eyes and snicker at the lab rats who fell for it. They were bullied - on my **** dime.Bidencrimefamily » 17 Dec 2023, 10:26 pm » wrote: ↑ You're right. My bank makes money off of me via interest if I don’t pay the balance in full.
That right. You shouldn't be forced to take anything you don't want to.Cannonpointer » 17 Dec 2023, 10:34 pm » wrote: ↑ Just as, if you play the lab rat and take unapproved, unstudied experiments, that's on you. That isn't a free country in my book - or a great one. It's a ****.
I should also not be lied to by my government about experimental medicines being effective, when ZERO evidence existed for those claims.Bidencrimefamily » 17 Dec 2023, 11:06 pm » wrote: ↑ That right. You shouldn't be forced to take anything you don't want to.
