According to statistics, the crime rate is down across the board in almost every major American metropolitan area. I guess that might be a win for Biden but I think something deeper is going on in the local level. Will crime continue to fall? At least I can hope so.

While I won't tie the decrease if violent crime to more firearm ownership I will say that more guns apparently DO NOT equate to more violent crime.  And that has been the talking point of the gunophobes.

Where is yours?

I don't know what rock you have been living under the past few months but there has been report after report that violent crime is down across the nation.

It is also fact that since COVID we have seen some of the highest monthly and annual firearm sales ever.

So the talking point that more guns equates to more crime is false.

Also maybe because more folks are working multiple jobs

more than any time since the 'Plandemic....'

folks are too tired to do crimes.  Biden has worn them out.
-----------------------------------------------------------

The number of Americans working two or more jobs has reached its highest level since the pandemic's start, new federal data show, a trend that suggests more of us are feeling inflation's pinch

Nov 3, 2023Americans have two jobs or more, a sign of inflation's burden

Awesome...you see the error of your ways...

More guns do not necessarily equate to more violent crime.  Record gun sales and a decrease in violent crimes indicates otherwise.

Your graph shows the number of mass shootings from 1982 to 2022.
1982- 1
2022- 11

Well ****, the population in America was 231 million and it's now 333 million. We are at a 100 million more people, so of course their will be a proportionate increase.

But it's only 10 more. That's actually pretty damn good.
