He has been perpetuating the lie about this since it happened.

I NEVER said the CO Supreme Court had the right to remove Trump from the ballot as they did, as proven by my certainty that the US Supreme Court will overthrow that stupid decision and the fact that they cannot disenfranchise the millions of voters who WILL vote for Trump, which scares the **** out of you!  And that's why you don't give a **** about how doing so is a clear violation of the Constitution if the idiots you support are able to do what you like and keep Trump off the ballot.

Or is illegally attempting to take away the voting choice from those millions NOT what you support?
