What you WON'T get is anything from SCOTUS challenging the established facts....one of which is that Grifty incited the insurrection.

Neither of the points here are established, nor are they facts. The FBI has stated clearly there was no insurrection - there is scant evidence of any such thing

The Colorado Supreme Court has just affirmed that it was an insurrection incited by Donald Trump.
