... and going by some of the lib progressive demonstrations I've seen ... it was mostly peaceful (of course the police did shoot and kill an unarmed women) ...

A group of people armed with flag poles demonstrated against the US Government ... and the end result was they delayed a certification of an election by a couple of hours ...

Which is why there is no charge and no conviction...

The really stupid thing is the January 6 dem show pony committee set out to prove 12 things ... none of which were illegal.

the steal that he claimed was a lie. this is incitement. the georgia case proves he knew it was a lie all the time. his speech was pure incitement and so was the tweet  during the insurrection about pence not doing what trump wanted. this caused the mob to get even more angry and tried to kill the vice president.

That's nice.  I am not arguing with you that he charged with that.  None of which are mentioned in the 14th amendment.

The Colorado Court, with no jury, no subpoenas, no cross, determined he led an insurrection.  Don't see that in your list.
