good subject. should be explored by the citizens. not the government. as far as the army. only keep central command. all army man power should be supplied by state national guard stand by. eliminating living expenses. military air transport service (mats) should be out sourced to the private sector. as far as the navy. shut it down. sitting ducks in modern warfare. locate contracted massive military barges around the world, in international waters. land on and deploy national guard troops. but. usa must stop putting their nose in others affairs. military for defense of border only. this can only happen if the people of usa took back their nation from the insurrection congress terrorist.

The army Corp of engineers doesn't have the same budget nor are they actually part of the military.
