This would qualify him...not a 1099...for the last 10 years
No...they don't.Z09 » 26 Dec 2023, 4:02 pm » wrote: ↑KidR.Suave » 26 Dec 2023, 3:58 pm » wrote: ↑ 1099 may NOT qualify you.
And please stop jagging off to numbers...it's about qualification/not qualification - not "how much".
You're dumb
You're so far over your head
Interest rates have so much to do with being qualified
You're just stupid
No...my point is you lied when you said "A lack of a w-2 disqualifies anyone lacking the wealth to pay cash" (emphasis mine).R.Suave » 26 Dec 2023, 4:06 pm » wrote: ↑ This would qualify him...not a 1099...
So your point is that you don't need to be employed, but you should be employed, and show proof of such for a decade.
Tell @Z09 the great news.
Your exception being a guy who shows 10 years of 500,000/yr on 1099s.ConsRule » 26 Dec 2023, 4:10 pm » wrote: ↑ No...my point is you lied when you said "A lack of a w-2 disqualifies anyone lacking the wealth to pay cash" (emphasis mine).
FYI...if you are saying the various 1099 forms cannot be used to substantiate income qualifications for a mortgage, that is also not true. You may not have enough income solely based on 1099s, but they can be used as additional income aside from W-2 income.R.Suave » 26 Dec 2023, 3:58 pm » wrote: ↑ 1099 may NOT qualify you.

I'm saying you're a **** idiot.ConsRule » 26 Dec 2023, 4:18 pm » wrote: ↑ FYI...if you are saying the various 1099 forms cannot be used to substantiate income qualifications for a mortgage, that is also not true. No...Z09 » 26 Dec 2023, 4:11 pm » wrote: ↑ And the qualifications are based on how much you want to borrow......and the interest you're paying on that potential loan...
That's how they determine the monthly payment.
This is amazing
This is stupid.
Have you ever taken out a mortgage before?
Obviously not.
My exception being people with income that is not in the form of wages/salary, bonuses, and gifts. Remember, not everything that is reported on form w-2 is income that could be used to pay on a mortgage.R.Suave » 26 Dec 2023, 4:17 pm » wrote: ↑ Your exception being a guy who shows 10 years of 500,000/yr on 1099s.
Hey, you win.
"Income"?ConsRule » 26 Dec 2023, 4:23 pm » wrote: ↑ My exception being people with income that is not in the form of wages/salary, bonuses, and gifts. Remember, not everything that is reported on form w-2 is income.
If you cannot get a co-signer. You really should stop posting what appear to be absolutes. It makes you look even dumber than we already know you to be.R.Suave » 26 Dec 2023, 4:23 pm » wrote: ↑ No...
Qualifying is qualifying...
If you can't afford the payments on a $300,000 home, you'll look for one at 250,000.....assuming the original seller is unwilling to move their house and won't negotiate.
I never said it wasn't. I was pointing out you lied when you said the lack of a w-2 disqualifies anyone without the wealth to pay cash. You really should try to keep up.R.Suave » 26 Dec 2023, 4:26 pm » wrote: ↑ "Income"?
So income IS a qualification?
What does that make No Income?
Share that with. @Z09
No job is an excellent start.Z09 » 26 Dec 2023, 4:30 pm » wrote: ↑ And what makes you NOT to be qualified?..
Cmon...
Tell us..
5 years ago you were qualified
Now you're not.
House?
Same price
You're making similar $$$
What changed?
And your counterexample is a law firm partner making 500,000, for a decade.ConsRule » 26 Dec 2023, 4:29 pm » wrote: ↑ I never said it wasn't. I was pointing out you lied when you said the lack of a w-2 disqualifies anyone without the wealth to pay cash. You really should try to keep up.

You're stupid
There's no other word to describe your statement.
Why 5 years ago people were qualified for a mortgage...
....And now the same people are not .?
Suppose you tell us?
But I didn't ask for that.GHETTOBLASTER » 26 Dec 2023, 4:51 pm » wrote: ↑ https://www.forbes.com/sites/johnbremen ... d649475336
I'd rather post visual proof that Democrat Leadership is in total lock step with [[[JEW WORLD ORDER AGENDA]]] to take full command of every White ruled nation on Earth.
Do you not know what a co-signer is?R.Suave » 26 Dec 2023, 4:51 pm » wrote: ↑ Who the **** can't sign their name?
So that's unlikely to be enough to co-sign.
Yes...it is credit in place of your own.
