I just want to know how many mom and pop businesses ($100K-$1M Revenue/yr) get sold with $0 down (or the % of all such businesses sold with $0 down)

Unfortunately there’s no way to procure this info, otherwise I might try it myself…if the rate’s higher than 5% I’d go for it.

Being a scumbag in person is a whole different universe than being an Internet scumbag. You also can’t source potential targets through those “Internet business sales” portals coz the sellers usually have a broker who is quite demanding.
