She has no legal background or education in Civil, Criminal or Election Law...... She just decided on her own she had the qualification to act independently of her State's Courts..... The 14th Amendment doesn't provide procedures on how someone running in our Presidential Election is disqualified based on "allegations" of insurrection.... It is not a self- defining, or self- enforcing provision.... The Constitution says ONLY CONGRESS can Enforce the 14th Amendment --- not the Colorado Court, Michigan Court, or the Sec of State of Maine... The Supreme Court will make sure you have a clear understanding of this..

Seems she's married to a Brandon Baldwin, he's the Coordinator for something called The Maine Civil Rights Team Project.
