history is there for all to see. Section 3 of the 14th Amendment has been used to deny folks from holding office regardless of whether or not any crime has ever even been charged, let alone convicted. Poor brain damaged golfboy. Can't figure that out.

Shenna made an appropriate and precedented decision to remove Trump from the primary ballot based upon the wording of the US Constitution. She stayed the decision because it really isn't a big deal to do so. AGAIN.... the precedent is well established. Neither indictment nor conviction is required to disqualify someone from holding public office under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.
