You snapped that screen shot at 1:37. It says that post was made at 1:19. That would have been at 1:18,
Is 1:18 BEFORE or AFTER 1:15?

I worked in the Bar/Restaurant business for many years, a few of those as a Broiler Chef.... Brits & ****** were notorious for ordering their Steaks or Prime Rib extra well done.... The ****** would also complain that the incinerated beef briquette they had us cook for them was tough --- ignorant assholes. At the other end of the spectrum we'd get quite a few French Canadians, and many would order their Steaks "Bleu", which was just grill-mark it and serve with a cold Red center.. Myself, I liked mine with nice charring on the outside, and Medium Rare center..
