Oh things will have to get really really bad for the lower classes before that will happen. And I'm sure the pubs will try and make it worse on the lower classes and poor. I think you are wishful thinking. Most people don't follow it that closely. They work they have families. Duh. I JUST NAMED the two things that can do precisely that. The bankers demanding Social Security, and the bankers demanding welfare and food stamps. Each set of great grandchildren become parents replacing their prior 30 lifetimes that assembled 93.75% each great great grandchild's unique chromosome combination like no other before or since added to the ever changing population in this atmosphere regardless ancestral lineage, plant or animal species, predator or prey characteristics, male, female, asexual body type and social conduct they perform cradle to grave/womb to tomb idealistically believing life isn't self evidently eternally separated when adapting in space uniquely here one at a time.
