The reason they did not have the votes to prevail is because the left is entirely corrupt and does not give a **** about ethics, justice, freedom or democracy. What these LWNJ cocksuckers choose to forget is that as soon as CONGRESS codified the penalties for "insurrection", unless someone is CHARGED WITH and CONVICTED OF INSURRECTION, they can't invoke the 14th Amendment. Trump has NEVER been charged by any Federal court, Grand Jury, or even indicted on that charge, hence, there is no insurrection claim to be made.

Which is EXACTLY what the SCOTUS is going to rule in a few weeks. Expect it to be a 9-0 vote. THEN you'll see the PINK PANTY LWNJs **** themselves to explain how the SCOTUS got it all wrong. Again.
