I understand the question and acknowledge it's existence. However, in this thread, I had asked you a simple question before you asked that question. Until you find it and answer it, the answer to your question will be withheld.R.Suave » 03 Jan 2024, 8:28 am » wrote: ↑ You're lying.
You made reference to "rights".
I asked you to specify (you'll note that I did not open with a preamble of ****, as is your wont).
You went into your Funky Chicken.

Here is a link to the Constitution, I'll even make it easier for you.

Cite please. FYI, nowhere in the Constitution does it say who a person can and cannot vote for. The Constitution does have qualifications that must be met for some positions (you listed some). However, nowhere does it address who a person may and may not cast a vote for. You really should stop making **** up.maineman » 03 Jan 2024, 9:02 am » wrote: ↑ if your favorite presidential aspirant is not a natural born citizen or is not 35 years old or has not lived in the US for fourteen years, as much as he'd like for you to vote for him, and as much as YOU would like to vote for him, the Constitution says you cannot.

Yet to be determined...the cases haven't reached their conclusions.maineman » 03 Jan 2024, 9:12 am » wrote: ↑ You are right. I listed qualifications for holding the office.
You certainly are free to vote for Justin Bieber for president, if you like. He's just not qualified. Neither is Trump.

Personally, I hope he isn't. I would prefer not to vote for his electors in the general election, but I won't "waste" my vote and there is no way in Hell I will vote for Sleepy Joe.
I know that. However, you personal determination is irrelevant when it comes to real life for the country as a whole.maineman » 03 Jan 2024, 9:53 am » wrote: ↑ I have already made my own personal determination. I don't see it changing.

My claim: Colorado may not get away with removing Trump off the ballot. Show me in the article where my claim is debunked.
Yet another question that will remain unanswered until you answer the one I asked you.R.Suave » 03 Jan 2024, 10:33 am » wrote: ↑ Do you honestly believe that I am "in arrears" to you with respect to answers?
