Cite please. FYI, nowhere in the Constitution does it say who a person can and cannot vote for. The Constitution does have qualifications that must be met for some positions (you listed some). However, nowhere does it address who a person may and may not cast a vote for. You are right. I listed qualifications for holding the office.
You certainly are free to vote for Justin Bieber for president, if you like. He's just not qualified. Neither is Trump.

Personally, I hope he isn't. I would prefer not to vote for his electors in the general election, but I won't "waste" my vote and there is no way in Hell I will vote for Sleepy Joe.
