I don't give a **** about the civil proceeding in CO that was a bench trial meaning no jury, no defense, of no course no conviction, etc etc etc.

Dum Dum, I know it is a civil proceeding.  We have discussed this a couple of weeks ago.  And remember, the burden of evidence in a civil proceeding is MUCH LOWER than a criminal one
