I will say this.. being religious does not in and of itself make you a moral or better person. Being atheist does not do it either. Genetics and a solid upbringing probably factor in more than your believing in something or not. My older brother and nearly lifelong pedophile pretends to be Christian. Its quite effective, honestly. Does he actually believe? Maybe a bit but I do not actually know. Have not spoke to him in 11 years. But it helps him deceive and manipulate.

No. The last victim of his that I am aware of was in 2012. The mother and child could have pressed charges but opted to simply move away and have been off the grid for the majority of time since then. I can't fathom that he has stopped. Lack of opportunities.. maybe.
